How to get data from AD during user authorization in Bitrix?

Tell me how, when authorizing a user, during the OnAfterUserAuthorize event, climb into AD and get certain data from there?

when OnAfterUserAuthorize got for example WORK_COMPANY
We take the received value and go to AD with it and look for something else on it
