There is a server on which xenserver is installed. A VM was created, on which the data was overwritten, and then a snapshot was rolled up, this did not lead to data recovery, in addition, the size of the virtual disk changed.
How can data be recovered?

If you reset everything, then most likely only from backup and see what you are rolling for snapshots.
