Restore tabs after deleting google chrome?

It was necessary to reset the browser cache, did the usual cleaning of the browser, cookie history, etc., without thinking about open tabs in advance. The light is cut down, which is hard to remember over the past couple of years, of course, all tabs and history have been deleted. I run to the Google synchronization that I have connected and I see that there are 90 open tabs saved there, but it’s not clear how to get them from there, I thought I thought and came up with open tabs on another device, but while I was thinking, the synchronization went through and I already saw new tabs. But in synchronization, I still see 90 pieces, how can I get them out of there or roll back the synchronization? I rummaged through the entire Internet, a lot of information on how to restore bookmarks, but they are in place.
