Restore file on NTFS partition. Maybe?

In general, I start in Windows and get an error that some of its files are damaged (cp_1251.nls)
on a separate HDD and there I gave it a 50gb partition, so that it wouldn’t bother anyone, it’s worth it for the sake of toys.
Is there any way to recover the file? When I open this partition in Linux through gprated, there is a strange exclamation mark next to it:

Are there any options to restore? I just don't want to reinstall Windows.
By the way, the Gparted utility "check and fix file system errors" did not help.
The log is like this:

Before you do anything with the partition, make it an image through dd.
Work with the image. Also run chkdsk /f
