Dear Habrapiple!

Accidentally found an old account on Yandex. I don’t remember either the password or the answer to the security question :( I can easily part with the old box, and with Yandex.Money and so on, something else is important - this account of mine also has a page in MyKrug, so it should be demolished

. I don’t remember the control answer, I can’t restore access in the standard way. I didn’t find any link like “ask a non-standard question to support” ... Maybe someone came across? As confirmation, I’m ready to show Yandex both a passport and a labor office where all those places that are in the questionnaire will be listed to MoyKrug…

I think the only way out is to write to the support service . They answer any questions, though not immediately.
