Responsive layout or device-width not set?

I'm trying to make an adaptive layout, I check the adaptability of the layout by opening the site in a frame and changing its width. Everything seems to be working, the width of the mobile browser window should be set to the width of the device screen, the initial scale is 1. In frames and when changing the browser window, everything works with a bang. But the android browser behaves as if the width is much larger, I can’t understand why. Although everything is more or less decent in mobile Google Chrome, it is also not the same as everything was in frames. And this is only with the site mikonos.od.ua. Hope it helps, thanks!

The desire to solve problems is already starting to infuriate by slipping the full code of the site. You don't want to highlight the minimally problematic code? I see this as disrespectful and perceive it as undisguised rudeness.
