Responsibility for the mistake

IT department. Two programmers, admin and manager. Large plant, about two and a half million euros monthly turnover. Everything is IT related. Starting from the call center, and ending with automated picking, issuing invoices, plus branches with data replication, labeling products with individual labels, etc. etc. Contracts with clients are built on fines in various cases (underload, late, etc.). And lately, pressure has begun on the part of IT management regarding the transfer of fines from customers or downtime of any site to specific developers, in case of an error in the program or a flaw. Moreover, programmers themselves write programs, documentation, and there are no intelligible detailed applications for various reasons (large amount of work, low level of task managers, tight (sometimes critical) deadlines...). And so I asked myself, what is our responsibility for these developments and support? Material. Indeed, products worth 100 thousand euros are shipped per day, and theoretically, due to a programmer's mistake, shipment may stop, the losses will be huge. Nowhere in nete did not find a point about the level of responsibility of programmers. There is an SLA, but that's not it ... What to object to the management or, maybe, take on the responsibility to pay all the costs from possible errors. Or maybe look for another job (management), the good thing is that we have high-class specialists, and there are a huge number of vacancies ... the losses will be huge. Look for another job. You have problems with your boss.
Read the Labor Code and your Job Description.
The higher the boss, the higher the responsibility.
If the company has problems because of your mistake, your fault is minimal, the maximum that can be deducted. The head, on the other hand, could not organize the work of the department, did not take into account the risks, did not take measures to reduce the consequences of errors, did not organize the reliable operation of the infrastructure, did not reduce the likelihood of an error by increasing the number of employees, etc.

You can [try] to hang losses on you only in case of illegal actions on your part, well, there is intent or something. Management can only de-bonuse you within the framework of the bonus paid. Well, you can show the management a fig and go to another place.
