Good day. Let's take some average project in the IT field, for example, some paid online consultations. This project is not formalized in any way, it is based on an ordinary payment system.
There are several questions:
1) What is the responsibility for non-payment of taxes for such a project? If it depends on the turnover, then what figures should be in order for this liability to occur?
2) Who will be charged for non-payment of taxes: the owner of the domain, the owner of the hosting, or the one to whom the payment system is registered?
3) What if the domain, hosting and payment system are issued to another person (or not to an existing one at all), how will the search be carried out in this case? Will they knock on the provider?
