Respond, developers of children's books in the App Store, or I would be grateful for any good advice?

Hello!
I am the mother of a little boy who loves tractors very much. I came up with a lot of fairy tales for him about the Tractor and his friend Crane, and now I have an idea to turn the whole thing into an interactive book. I don’t have a special budget, I’m looking for enthusiasts who can work for free, but the money earned from book sales will be divided equally. Probably need an artist and developer. I do not understand this kitchen at all, I will be grateful just for sensible advice, if you have any.

To get started, you must have clear requirements for the application. You know how you want it to be, don't you? Because if you don't know, then it's still too early to look for a developer :)
Think about what screens will be in the application: menu, the book itself, settings, etc. Draw them schematically, at least on paper.
Think about animations: how they will look, how many and on what pages they will be. Animations should be known to both the illustrator and the developer.

The idea is great. We are also making a mobile game-book for kids.
Only you greatly overestimate the financial moment. This
- impossible.
Making a book app is like making a movie. In addition to the screenwriter, other people are needed - an animator, an artist, programmers, testers, a manager, marketers, translators, technical support, etc. The offer to get you 50%, and the other 50% - to share it, no one is interested. Well, if you get 10% (and not from revenue, but from profit), most likely less.
Ask how much aspiring screenwriters get for their scripts (as a % of revenue). It happens that not at all.
Well, even the coolest screenwriters in Hollywood with world fame are not paid 50% of the proceeds.
You can contact companies that make such books and find out how much they are willing to offer for your scripts. Most likely, not at all.
First, decide what your goal is. Become a screenwriter, make your own game, earn money or something else. These are different goals, it is not always possible to combine them.

You can try to make it yourself with the help of some of these tools for creating books .
