RESOLVED! Why is there no Virus & Threat Protection tab in Windows Defender?
The question is in the header. Windows Defender deletes the file after download. I want to add a folder to exceptions, but there is no tab. I saw somewhere that you can configure this panel, but I do not remember where.

Upd: Installed Avast free antivirus and it does not touch my file. At the same time, the standard Windows Defender turned itself off and the missing tab in the menu miraculously appeared in it.
