Resharper doesn't see namespaces from dll. What to do?

Hello.
There is a certain native dll that works fine, is used and compiled, but Resharper point-blank refuses to see it.

ARM project.
I found tips on the net to clear the cache in the settings, restart resharper, and so on, but all to no avail.
What could be the problem?

ReSharper is not perfect and messes up with a certain regularity :)
Write feedback to the developers, they usually react quite adequately to it.
