How to identify spyware if factory reset did not help?
Maybe this application is hidden, what method to look for and how to deal with such an application correctly.
I understand that the easiest way is to reinstall the Android firmware, but you need to find and neutralize))
Signs:

• Самопроизвольное включение подсветки и запись диктофона.
  
• Периодическое сбрасывание соединения при разговоре, а так же плохо слышат меня абоненты.
  
• Разряд батареи, это при новом аккумуляторе
  
• Постоянное прерывания соединения(антенна - в норме, оператор - тоже )
  
• Всплывающие сообщения, маскрующие под оператора сотовой связи

Раз телефон рутован, значит предполагаемый зловред мог записать себя в прошивку. Сброс в таком случае никак на него не повлияет. Если не знаете как его там найти - вам таки прошиваться.

There is a doubt that a person who was able to independently (!) Check the performance of the antenna and the operator cannot solve such a trifling issue as flashing.
I advise you to contact the service center or the store where the phone was bought and replace it as defective

И если действительно все настолько плохо и вирус сидит в системном разделе - то стоит сносить /system и ставить прошивку с нуля.
Ну и конечно, не ставить всякую непонятную хрень из "недосайтовПоАндроиду". Для этих целей есть Плей Маркет
