Reserving a domain controller, files in an AD domain environment?

Recommend proven softwares (preferably free or inexpensive) for creating backups of an AD domain controller (I tried the built-in wbadmin and others), as well as for files / docks from a file server

There are no free or inexpensive, convenient and functional solutions - quite often the cost plays the second, third, or even the last role in the issue of backup.
I recommend Nakivo Backup & Replication. By no means free. As for "inexpensive" - I don't know, everyone has their own criteria. You should not look for a pirate - the program is US, not localized (and most likely will not be), not particularly popular in the Russian Federation.

And what is wrong with Windows Server Backup?
The domain controller is not on bare metal? So you need to back up the whole car.
