RescueTime analogue tracking applications on Linux (free or non-free)

To start with, I'm a programmer and using Ubuntu,
I'm looking for a program to keep track of the applications I'm working on.
Of the popular solutions, I found MagicTime, TimeDoctor, RescueTime.

The first does not have a client for Linux, the second does not track applications on Ubuntu, the third does not do it in detail.
What is meant about not in detail:
MagicTime can understand not only what application is open, but also what file is open
. So programming in VS, I will understand what project and what file I was sitting on.
*(not critical but desirable) So that the application understands what I'm sitting in the console for: nano, ssh, maybe the current directory or user
