Resale of a computer - legality of software and passing checks - how to do it right?
Company 1 bought a computer and a separate license for the software that is used on it - Windows, Office, Rar, antivirus.
The option of selling or leasing such a computer to company 2 is being considered.
Questions:
1. Does company 2 have the right to use the above software?
2. If yes, then in the case of an inspection by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, etc. - what documents will confirm the legality of use and how to formalize the sale / purchase or lease?
3. In addition to selling or renting - maybe there are other options?
upd: Thanks to everyone who responded! What is written in the EULA is only half the story. Even Microsoft says - from our point of view - the successful activation of the product is a confirmation of the legality of use. But, when they come to you with a check, they need to show a document confirming the purchase. And the people who are connected with the checks say the same thing - do you have any documents?
Well, imagine - people come to your company to get easy money or sink it, and you tell them - read the EULA. - It is unlikely that they have such a desire))
If there is a clear knowledge of how this should be done, please advise)
Thank you!

It is necessary to carefully read the EULA for all purchased licenses, because it may well turn out that under the terms of the license you cannot resell this software.
The software is an integral part of the device (laptop\computer\smartphone, etc.) and, accordingly, can be the subject of a transaction. If the end user certificate is not signed. A document confirming the legality is a contract for the sale or lease of equipment.
Let the invoice be written and stamped.
OEM licenses cannot be sold! If Retail then you can. If bought legally, then they have checks or invoices.
