Requirement to give passport data of the website administrator?

The company wrote a post on the site containing reviews about this company. Since, in her opinion, there is not enough information by which it would be possible to accurately identify the persons who made the reviews, the legal proceedings will be directed against the website administrator. In turn, each review processes - there is data in the form of Name, Email, IP, date of placement for submission to law enforcement agencies in case of a libel appeal. But the company blames the site that hosted these reviews and requires the passport details of the website administrator to file a lawsuit against him.
Should the resource administrator provide his passport data, is this information not personal data and should this information be provided only by a court decision? And is it necessary to indicate it in the public domain on the site in the contact details if it is not an LLC?

The company cannot demand anything directly and the administrator does not owe it anything. They can only be requested by a court order. It is also likely that law enforcement officers may be required to conduct investigative measures. But you were correctly advised, ask on the legal forum.

let the company go to court and the court requests all the necessary data in court

I would think about something else:
When, by decision of the prosecutor's office or the court there, your data is received - where will you go next?
If you want to lay responsibility on your users, then you must have:
1) An offer has been published that users MUST ACCEPT (yes, at least with a tick).
2) Fixing all message logs - who wrote what when, and do not forget to backup the logs.
