Requirejs and mobile browsers: why is the script loaded once?

On desktop everything works fine, but on mobile it may or may not work.
The script is simply not loaded sometimes through requirejs, but if the same scripts are written without requirejs through the tag, then everything works on mobile devices without failures. Those. the problem of loading is through requirejs.
What is the reason for this and how can the issue be resolved?
PS I suspect that this has something to do with the timeout, but why doesn't requirejs resolve this issue?
