Required-start Debian8 jessie. Why doesn't that work?

Good afternoon!
Mtdiatomb is configured to use mysql, but the mediatomb service starts before mysql at system startup. Fixed in /etc/init.d/mediatimb required-start $all, but for some reason the problem was not solved :(
Can you help?

# update-rc.d mediatimb remove
# update-rc.d mediatimb defaults
