Replaced processor computer shuts down?
There is a computer on socket 775, it was core2duo, I replaced it with core2quad q6600, I added four ddr2 RAMs of 2 giga each, the computer started up, reached the desktop and turned off, then turned it on, it turns off after 3 five seconds.
The processor seems to be supported by the bios too.

It's unlikely that it's the processor.
Have you applied thermal paste to the new processor? Is the fan really spinning? Are you sure you installed it correctly? On older sockets, you have to suffer to get it set correctly.
Q6600 is quite a power hungry processor compared to C2D. He may not have enough power (105W versus 65W for C2D). If the PSU is weak, then it can be cut. And not every motherboard will normally support it. Specify the motherboard model.
Also, it's possible that it could be overheating.
