Hello, can anyone tell me if there is a real way to restore * mp4 video file? and then all * wmv recovered, but these are not readable, who faced?

If you, from the moment of the crash to the moment when you restored the files, wrote data (no matter what) to the disk, then, theoretically, they could get exactly to the place where your necessary files were, if so, then restore without a set of equipment and specific knowledge you won't succeed in this area.
You have not specified either the operating system or the file system, not even the type of media from which you are restoring files.

You can try to demultiplex the file into elementary streams, and then reassemble it. Probably the index was broken.
