Removing flash on android?

There is HTC Desire, Android 2.2. In the market, I turn off the auto-update of the flash, delete it. After a while, it installs again. Eats more than 10MB and does not move to a memory card, and the place is expensive.
Does anyone know how to solve such a problem?
