Removing apps due to a copyright infringement claim?

Greetings!
Our team recently received a notification that our app has been removed due to a copyright infringement claim:

REASON FOR REMOVAL: Alleged copyright infringement (according to the terms of the Digital Millenium Copyright Act).

The situation is quite common, except for the fact that the text of the complaint itself is not indicated:
Text copy of DMCA complaint: <INSERT HERE>
I want to warn you in advance that we have not violated any copyrights. your code. spent more than a year of "free from work" time.
Have you had similar cases? how to find out the real reason for deleting the application? how to protect? Were there successful appeals?
application name is Best Photo Gallery (MyPics), package name is com.umobisoft.igp.mypics
Thanks in advance for your answers.

there can be no rights in the idea :) ... in the Russian Federation, for sure, in “pendosia” such a type of patents as “concept” is supported, and even that requires a fairly thorough description of possible incarnations.
But in pictures it’s easy, and this is most likely the point, since there are enough agencies that search for protected content in automatic mode now, with pictures everything is just as simple as with text.

IMHO it makes sense to start with exactly what rights were violated and then think about what to do about it.
If the code is your own, then the rights can be in the name, idea, pictures, icons, and much more.
