Removed root user from mysql in laradock. How to recover?

Accidentally removed permissions from the root user in phpmyadmin. Now I can't do anything.
Went into mysql container with docker-compose exec mysql bash command. Everything works there. Users are created. But they are visible only inside this container. Through phpmyadmin with the same username and password, you can not log in.
How can all this be fixed? There is nothing in the database. I would be grateful if you even tell me how to reinstall mysql in this docker image
