Removed my app from Google Play

Hello. I actually have the essence of the application is "A picture (collage) with anime is issued, this picture needs to be guessed." After 2-3 months, the following letter arrives:

"REASON FOR REMOVAL: Violation of the intellectual property and impersonation or deceptive behavior provisions of the Content Policy. Please refer to the IP infringement and impersonation policy help article for more information."

I also read from them:
Intellectual property. It is prohibited to infringe or facilitate the infringement of other people's intellectual property rights such as patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights. If there is clear evidence that someone's copyright has been infringed, we will take appropriate action.

Hence the question: As I understand it, I need to obtain rights from the authors of the pictures so that I can use these pictures? Or maybe they didn't like my icon or app screenshots? I somehow can't believe that they downloaded my application in order to look for violations.
And a suggestive oddity:
I see similar games on Google Play, and, oddly enough, no one accuses them of violating intellectual property.

That's right.. Most likely someone filed a DMCA complaint about the images in your app.
Perhaps in the title / description of the program was the name of the anime. The owners didn't like it.

Modern copyright is copyright. Because of any one picture, a complaint was filed against you, because of which - beg in support.
