RemoteApp backed up?

WS2008R2 x64 I'm publishing an application, and there are two of them in the RDweb window.
I tried to look in the registry, but there is one application.
Help solve the problem.

Under which user do you enter the portal, what groups does it belong to?
For which users have the app data been shared?
On the vskidku I think that somewhere in the rights of the balls of applications duplication occurs.
Perhaps the user is in 2 groups for which applications are available.

The user is in the "users" and "remote desktop users" group
Since the server is not in a domain, there is no setting for whom to share applications, they are shared with everyone
