Remote work in the cloud on OSX?

I need to code for OSX, I'm considering buying a poppy or renting a cloud. Here I wanted advice about working in the cloud.
It confuses me that all I found is in the states, and I'm in Vladivostok. Ping purely physically cannot be less than 200ms. The channel is still half the trouble, but here's the main question - does remote work impose any restrictions? I mean, for example, the rdp user on Windows has limitations, but how is it on poppies?
