Remote restart of Windows processes?

Two programs are running on the remote computer (Chrome + Program for working with the bank, respectively, are interconnected), it happens that one of them freezes, or an error occurs.
You have to go through TeamViewer and restart.
Actually the question itself, how can you restart them quickly and in the right sequence?

taskkill - kills a process, can do it remotely.
can be launched remotely via psexec, wmic, etc.
