Please tell me, a free program for remote administration of computers (something like TeamViewer), with the possibility of using it for commercial purposes, if there is one of course. Thanks

Have a look at www.logmein.com
This is exactly what you need, including working with dynamic IPs.

The problem with VNC is that if the computer is behind a router in LAN, then you need to reconfigure the router and forward the port through NAT. If this cannot be done - for example, this is a netbook that is in a new place every day (cafe-station-airport-girlfriend-office), then in difficult cases I put sshd first, which connects every five minutes to my server at the provider and forwards there the port in the return line to the hanging loopback VNC. It is convenient, of course, if there is Linux, but you can also pervert with Windows.
Well, teamviewer certainly rules.
There was also a cool article about launching ipv6 through one of the IPV6 providers over IPV4. Unfortunately I can't find it now. The bottom line is that you get a white external ip6 address. Well, you can run any service on the client machine with direct access via ipv6.

tightvnc, if you need a specific name,
but in general there are a bunch of them - ultravnc, realvnc, etc.
to manage groups of systems - italc, from proprietary ones - ideal administration (everything is inside tightvnc)

VNC solutions are the best.
Please note that if the computer has a security system such as Internet Security (hips + firewall + antivirus), then when you try to do something, you may receive an alert with the choice of action - and so, you won’t be able to select actions from remotely, protection from keyboard / mouse interceptors . Tested on Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 11.0.2.556 (abc) + RealVNC 4.6.0 on Windows XP SP3.

TeamViewer - works quite well, but on poor beeline channels (wired Internet with an outgoing channel of 50kBIT is, alas, a reality) only radmin saves with the maximum twisted settings). If there is no dedicated ip - write in a personal, we'll try through ssh port forwarding - I myself want to check the reliability of the technology.

good old Radmin should not be written off either. I use it and it's quite successful.
There is also a regular screw remote desktop. It is enough to put in Windows just one checkbox and you have access.
