Remote monitoring and control device with GSM interface?

- you need something simple for "you have opened a box with equipment" - preferably a sensor of this type 4
- jittering the power on the sockets (I note that it is not off-on manually, but off-on automatically) - a couple of sockets
- ping of a working equipment and reboot if it hangs
- control via SMS or web portal

I use www.vutlan.com/en/remote-monitoring-units/1-vt8101.html (More precisely, their previous SkyControl SC8100
product, which is actually the same)
It can be on-off or impulse, the pulse duration is adjustable)
Pings, sending via sms (with gsm module), email
web interface.
According to access sensors - vutlan has them but never used them.
PS this is not an advertisement, I have one of these from my previous job left at home :D, turns on/off the lighting for flowers, monitors servers at a new job and in general I love it.
In general, look at neighboring models, maybe you don’t need such a cool thing, I didn’t delve into the model range, I twisted what I inherited.
