Remote Device Access?

I am looking for services that provide the ability to remotely use mobile devices. Samsung and Nokia offer this completely free of charge, allowing you to test applications without having a large fleet of devices:

True, Samsung's service is often buggy, but if break through, you can work.
I found on the net that LG and Motorola used to provide a similar service, but a deep search on their sites did not lead to anything.

Question: Do other manufacturers have such services? HTC, Sony, Asus etc.
