Remote control of windows from linux by standard means?

Windows has a standard "Remote Desktop" program, is it possible to connect to windows from linux to a remote desktop? In general, the task is such that there are machines on windows in the same local network and you need to manage them without third-party software from under linux.

There are many options for connecting via RDP,
but you can also use Powershell by installing it on linux and using winrm
