Remote connection via DDNS?

I use a D-Link DIR-815 router. I have installed cameras and intend to do remote viewing. The problem is that the provider gives out not a static IP, but a dynamic one, but at least white. Found a solution via DDNS, connected. If you connect through a domain on the local network, it goes to the router page, but if it's on a different network, it doesn't work. I created virtual servers, turned on DMZ (not the fact that it's true), in short, I danced with a tambourine, but there was no result.
Another question is how to connect to the camera itself, if the router has a local IP of 192.168.0.1, and the camera has 192.168.0.160?

@Drno

Where is DDNs raised on the router?
You are precisely assured that white IP is issued????
It is necessary to do port forwarding (virtual server) or whatever it is called on Dlink, to the IP address of the camera. all
