Remote administration of Hyper-v?

Help, I searched on google but it didn’t work out yet, I already added the user to all possible groups, but I can’t connect to the server through the Hyper-V manager. But remote desktop works.
I have Hyper-V Server 2012 R2

Domain, Working Group? You need to be in the same domain and it's better to use any nodes like server core admin for the initial setup.

Possible reasons:
1. The hosts file does not have a one-to-one correspondence between the computer's IP and its network name. For example: 192.168.1.100 HVserver
2. You are not logged in as the same user as the local administrator on the Hyper-V server.
