Remote access to the "screen" of the browser. What solutions are offered?
Recently, the speed of Internet access has been growing and, as a result, it will completely provide the bandwidth above which there will be no point in increasing if access is used only for visual perception of information and simple menu selection ... and even sending messages from various joysticks and speech and reverse video - everything will fit in this band ..
That is, there will be no point in increasing the speed and power of the "terminals" that are in the hands or in front of the eyes - all the computing power will be in the clouds and rightly so, since it can be easily increased centrally , without changing the terminals (Whether this is contrary to the forced obsolescence strategy is another matter, not technology related)
Therefore, the question is - what technology stack is already being provided for this? The most famous case is rdp access to the Windows desktop. But, is there really something better and more open? Maybe some new developments? Approximately it is seen as an opportunity to remotely connect to a browser (working under any axis) in the cloud, using some kind of soft or light hardware. Something like a zero-client, but only more narrowly tailored specifically for browsers (for any current browser), the rest is overkill and not for such an incomprehensibly crazy loot as zero-clients from HP.
