How can an amateur detect shadow administration?

I found a lot of information about how to organize remote access. But how to detect it, especially the shadow one, and prohibit it, including any changes on the computer through the command line and the registry?

Disconnect from the network and use the PC completely autonomously
And not ask the same type of questions repeatedly

If a computer office - to cease to be engaged in nonsense. If personal - turn off remote access and ask the office to allocate a laptop for remote work.

You can study security, you can pass a couple of exams for the system administrator of Windows and Linux systems, get security training, then get a job in a large company, get at least 2-3 years of practical experience, and I think you will be able to find and neutralize most (but not all).
Or how do you want to replace a complex qualification with a single answer on the Internet?
