Reminder app to call a contact. Android?

Is there an Android application with the ability to:
1. Create a reminder for a specific time.
2. Link a contact from the phone book to this reminder.
So that when reminded, you can immediately make a call, and not start looking for this contact in the phone book.
According to the method of Vasya Kisly.
Example:
Dentistry (from the phone book) -> 05/27/2019 11:50.
Specification:
It is a contact from the phone book.

In Google Keep, for example, you can enter a phone number in a note and add a reminder. The same, I think, can be done in Notion, Evernote and other note-taking applications. But linking a contact is a specific case, you have to look for it.
