Reliable office suite for Linux?

LibreOffice in Ubuntu is a horror without end, crap here and there, we can’t even insert a picture. Word is not friendly with Vine, it constantly closes and grumbles in various ways, especially with documents touched by Writer.
Is there either a finished office suite or a way to run at least Word with Excel from Vine?

Well, I don’t know, I work in libreoffice and I don’t experience such problems. You are doing something wrong.
If it doesn’t suit you, then install Windows for yourself (upgrading to the 10th is free, to the licensed tenth version even with a pirated version), and the old versions of the office are inexpensive, it seems like they should even be free (I don’t follow soft-software products), there old photoshop is free, for example.
I've been using libreoffice for several years now and I'm happy with it. Even on a PC with Windows, I installed it earlier.

Chinese Kingsoft Office.
And with libre, anything harder than plain text always falls apart.

Try WPS Office
Better I haven't found yet. Everything opens fine. Many things are even more convenient than in Microsoft.
I put it straight, I can't get enough of it! Many thanks to the developers!
