I needed to use RadminVPN, but I couldn't find a version for Ubuntu (20.04 LTS). I tried to run it with Wine (6.0), everything started fine, but the "create new network" and "join existing" buttons are greyed out and not clickable, even with vpn enabled. I tried to solve this problem in different ways, but I did not find a solution on the Internet, but I myself do not succeed.

Yo, why did you think it would work at all? In wine, little works at all (although adherents of the cult "you just don't know how to cook it" run through here from time to time :) )
