Relevant for 2016-17 books on programming AVR microcontrollers?

Good afternoon. Addition to the question: through a Google search, I found many books, but they are all published in 2000-2009, and since I do not understand microcontrollers at all, I cannot determine the relevance of these books.
We need a book that describes the architecture of the microcontroller from scratch, how to program on it (C language), and after each chapter you need to perform practical tasks (from "blinking an LED" to "creating an electronic clock" for example).

If you are interested in the Mega(8, 168, 328, etc.) or Tiny(13, 23xx, etc.) line, then their architecture has not changed since its inception.
Those. what Tiny13 was in 2000, it has remained so until now.
