Regular domain in onion zone?

I saw several sites that with a regular domain open only through TOR. Now the question is, how can you do this?
Example:
The site "ghghg.com" can only be opened via tor

There is no magic here, the list of all exit nodes (exit nodes from the TOR network) is known and is not updated often. If the site only responds to requests from these IPs, then it will only open from the TOR network.
