RegRu removed the COM domain from delegation due to the fact that the address does not match. What is it like?

I came across amazing. I had the imprudence to register the KOM domain in RegRu. Been paying for a few years, no problems. Recently I decided to change the registrar, they asked me for a passport. Attention: for a domain in the COM zone, which does not have requirements to ask for a passport and that the data except for the full name / company name match. The transfer itself is carried out only through the e-mail of the owner, specially re-read the rules of ICANN. As a result, they remove the domain from delegation, unsubscribing that the address of my personal registration does not match. Despite the fact that this requirement is not in line with ICANN rules, I still sent them a passport. And despite the fact that the address is actually a type of data that can change several times a year, I still got a refusal.Anticipating the answers that he changed the address and did not indicate it - he is to blame. But over the years, you sign so many documents in which you have the obligation to update the data. How often do these people call hundreds of companies to change the address of registration. Thus, despite a bunch of evidence that I am the owner, RegRu simply took the domain from me.

What is it and what to do with it? This is obviously my domain, I even have a bank statement that made payments. To be honest, I did not fully believe that RegRu was a dump, but now I have seen it personally. Rospotrebnadzor or contact ICANN? Tell me plz

PS Waiting for answers, I will say right away: I know that there are rules with documents for RU and SU domains, but everything is simpler with COM. This is generally the first time in my experience in ten years that the registrar is so lost in reality. Maybe they have some kind of plan - "leave us, now we will arrange for you."
PS#2 Do not buy anything from them, take care of your nerves. Better go to some in Godaddy or namechip.

When will people realize that registering domains with registrars of the Russian Federation (as well as buying hosting) is simply dangerous and is fraught with, in fact, a robbery at any time. They will squeeze the domain when they want and you will not prove anything to anyone. The first call was back in 2009 with torrents.ru everyone knows. Smart people immediately realized that the registrants of the Russian Federation - that's it, you need to "start the tractor", no options.

Once I wrote a letter about the fact that one domain that had been on sale for a horse's sum (for several years) began to be released. I applied for his registration. In fact, I could win the auction, but something amazing happened, the domain owner made a payment exactly one second after the auction ended, although he no longer had such a right and opportunity, since more time had passed than given by law. I wrote in https://cctld.ru/ saying how and why the domain was renewed already when they were not entitled to it. I received an answer that we asked the registrar for information about what happened, the registrar replied that he acted in the interests of the client!!! It is illegal, in the interests of the client who stupidly sold this domain for 10 years and did not sell it. Everything related to domains in the Russian Federation is just the bottom

The COM zone registry is Verisign. If they agree with you there, then no registrar simply technically will not be able to prevent them from helping to transfer the domain from him.
