Registration through Odnoklassniki (uLogin service). How to get the Email field?

For regular registration on the site, the required field is email. When I register through social. networks (Odnoklassniki) using uLogin, the Email field in the returned parameter is always returned empty. Your documentation says GET_EMAIL permission is required, how can I request access to email?
