Getting friends VK API people names?

Good afternoon! The question is, when I request friends via vk api friends.get, I get back a list of the user's friends, where the names are in Russian (if I make a request from a laptop), but if I make a request from a server located in Germany, vk gives names in English language. And I need to write down and English. and Russian names. How to deal with it? Has anyone come across a similar situation...
