Good afternoon,

Now we want to register our service in the tax office, so that everything is "as much as possible" transparent.
1) What type of design to choose? (PE, LLC, OJSC and the like).
2) Which KVED to choose if we are a site that accepts applications from individuals for free and sell these applications to specialists for a fix or a percentage of the transaction. Specialists can be individuals, private individuals or legal entities.
