How is user registration in the backend?
I mean when a user creates an account, then we create a new html (personal account, account page) document for him, and the path to it is a link to the account?
Or is there 1 template document for all users, where for each user his information is displayed and, based on it, a link to him is created?

Account "for myself" and "for all" - different content pages.
For example, the link example.com/profilewill show each logged in user exactly his information, which he, moreover, will be able to edit.
And the link example.com/user/12345available to everyone will show only public information about the user with id = 12345.
