Refund refunds on eBay?

I placed an order on eBay a couple of months ago, the goods generally did not come after 2 months, the money was returned. As an oppa, today a second notice of the parcel arrives, apparently it has been in the mail for a long time. What should a good citizen do in this situation?

Write to the seller that the money has reached - he will put up some goods at the price of the amount you owe, and you will pay him .
