Refinement of the code under the MS-Pl license and further distribution under its own brand. Is this correct?
Is it legal and correct to distribute a product/library under your own brand, if some of the code is based on the code of the library under the MS-Pl license?
In the source code that I want to include in my library, I plan to do a little refactoring, add some functionality. Change the names of some classes and namespaces to match the general style of your library.
What would be the correct way to do it?
Also, will I have to distribute my library under the same license?

In your case, you must attach the copyright/patent/other rights notice you received with the Ms-PL library. You can distribute the source codes of your library only under Ms-PL, attaching the full text of the license to the code, the binaries must be distributed under a compatible license. There are no special restrictions on code editing under Ms-PL.
I will clarify that MS-PL does not oblige you to publish your part under the same license, that is, it is not "infectious" (unlike the GPL). But the modified part of the code that was originally licensed under the MS-PL cannot be published under another license. That is, you can have your code under one license, and modified code under the original one.
