Refer to Yandex map elements?

Is it possible to refer to the elements that are created by the map?
For example, text with markup is displayed in the balloon, is it possible to copy text from there using jQuery / JS, referring to selectors?

I didn't quite understand the question. What does not triple their standard API ( https://tech.yandex.ru/maps/)?
The balloon data is available via getData() ( https://tech.yandex.ru/maps/doc/jsapi/2.1/ref/refe...
If you need something completely "deep", then it's better to look towards OpenStreetMap or Leaflet .js|Mapbox
