Reengineering of the corporate portal (Oracle Web Toolkit). Which platform is preferred?

All excellent mood!

At work, there is a need to transfer one monster - a corporate portal written using PL / SQL (Oracle Web Toolkit) (70 packages, more than 20 MB of source codes on disk). Accordingly, all stored procedures and data are located in the Oracle 10g database.

The transfer process is just planned. Now we are deciding on what technologies the development will continue on. We are considering two options: Java2EE (most likely Spring MVC) or ASP.NET. Basic requirements: the ability to integrate the existing code base with the new system, since we cannot immediately transfer everything to the new platform - we will do it gradually. Ability to deploy this system in other organizations.

Technologies are new for us, so there are no special priorities for choice. In general, the discussion almost ended with a holivar - both technologies have pros and cons.

Has anyone come across a similar situation?

And what does not suit in the current implementation? Why translate?
And so, offhand - take Sharepoint and finish it with the necessary functionality.
