Redmine why is the time span format different when exporting tasks?

Greetings. I set everything up, everything works, but I can’t start it in working mode, because I can’t find a solution in the last question. We have tasks with a final execution time, when trying to export these tasks either to pdf or cvs, the time format comes out in the format 0.75, although the format in the settings is 0:45h. In tasks, everything is displayed correctly, but when exporting . I've already broken my whole head, I tried to do it through a custom field, but then there is no total time in the tasks.
Can you advise how to solve the problem
